Delivery is where projections meet reality. Whether we execute as EPC or supervise as PMC/owner's engineer, we run a phase-gated regime: hold points, daily geo-tagged reporting, earned-value tracking and RA-bill certification against physical progress only.
We stay through commissioning, performance-guarantee testing and into operations — monitoring generation against P50 so the asset keeps the promises the financial model made.
