On the buy side we run target screening and shortlisting, preliminary and detailed valuation, and coordinate technical, legal and financial due diligence into a single red-flag synthesis — so the investment committee sees one integrated risk picture, not three disconnected reports.
We then support bid strategy and pricing discipline, SPA and shareholder-agreement negotiation, and post-close transition planning. Our job is to keep acquirers honest on the two or three assumptions that actually drive the returns case — generation, tariff and counterparty — before capital is committed.
